The Manifest Node 1.0.5 · software delivery

Own the software. Govern your deployment.

Software-only licenses for customer-owned compatible hardware. Perpetual runtime by default, offline license validation and no continuous licensing phone-home. One included calendar year of updates begins at first successful full installation within 30 days of entitlement issuance; otherwise it starts at issuance plus 30 days. Update expiry does not disable runtime.

Qualify your deployment before purchase

Deployment is guided and preflight-qualified; broad Windows, Server, ARM, Linux or macOS certification is not claimed. Exact architecture, dependency media, ports, permissions and workload resources must pass the installer preflight. Hardware and optional AI capacity are separate from the software price.

Tier 2/3 cover unlimited nodes within one licensed customer-governed private deployment, with finite hardware capacity. Separate deployments/sites and public multi-tenant resale are not included. Customer-owned public websites/APIs may use approved ingress.

Installation assistance, technical support, updates and use rights are separate. Tier 3 includes guided onboarding. No 24x7 SLA, indefinite managed service or indefinite free updates. Air-gap routing covers the local core with staged dependencies; optional internet providers need connectivity and customer credentials.
